I just bought a Logitech Wireless Headset for Xbox brand new, but it won't turn on. Is this a normal problem

Wow. This is late help but check the return policy of the online supplier that you purchased it from and tell him or her that it don't work. If they post a phone number thats even better, call them, like right now. Most reputable dealers have a 7 to 10 day return policy so you aint got to much time to waste. E-mail them to just so they know you mean bizzness. Hurry now!!, good luck. Later.
