Why wasn't p interference called on #36 (Packers) against #13 (Bears) on 2011 NFC Championship game?

I watch football frequently, but not up on all the rules, but I thought since that guy (#36) was holding the Bears guy, #13, and as a result, #13 couldn't catch the ball. I taped the game and just now saw the play. If you didn't notice that, maybe you can see it on highlights.
