Mustang programmer?

I was looking around for programmers for my 99GT. My top three are 1. DiabloSport 2. Excaliber 3 Hypertech. Can any body tell me which one to get, with todays economy im really looking for the cheapest yet more reliable, but I hate to give up quality for cheapness. But if the Hypertech will do and if anybody can recommend it then ill probably buy that one. The other two are about 200 dollars more and prettier looken'. Hypertech is just a black handheld box. Let me know, please.
