Whats is the Bolt Pattern On a 2000 Dodge Dakota 2wd v8? also the pattern on a 93 Ford Ranger 4 cyl. not 4x4?

Need to know the patterns for custom rims from ranger to dakota Rim Adapters. i heard Ranger is 5X4.5 and Dakota is 6x4.5 not for sure? so i would need adapters for 6x4.5 to 5x4.5 is that correct?
