Do you think this is a good tattoo?

I am 21 years of age so I am a 90s kid, I plan to only get one tattoo on my arm to cover some burn marks. Don't worry I've already asked. Boy Meets World was probably my favorite show growing up. So I was thinking of getting a Mr. Feeny tattoo. All the women I've talked to in my generation thought it would be of me. The guys I work with 50 and up think I am retarded. But I just need a tattoo to replace a smiley face burn imprint. I couldn't get in the military because of it so I don't want to ruin my chances for anything else that they look for burn marks.
