I have a friend who loves dogs but?

If he's allergic to dogs, I'd suggest he get his exercise some other way. There's no such thing as a true hypoallergenic dog, and it's not fair to bring one in and then have to rehome it or take it to the pound a few months later. He doesn't need a dog to exercise.
