I need help! Whats a good reicpe to enter with if I'm competing in a chef competition at my school?

My school is hosting it's won chef compition and I want to enter. To entyer we have to sumbit a recipe with an appetizer, soup or salad and a main course that includes a starch and either a garnish or vegetable. The reicpe has to serve four and cannot exceed $20
