Is God that Incompetent?

He can't even manage its own people. We all Atheists have the same belief, (what do you know, we are believers), that there's no God. We don't fight about who's the best Atheist. We are not divided by any other congregations, like "Atheist of the Later Days", or "Atheists Witnesses". Why can't , God, unite its believers?
