More info please help i have a 6 feet iguana help anyone no what this is or if shes ok or will be ok thanks?

she has 2 lumps on left side of back they are hard to touch and not hot to touch and have a whited tent on top of the bumps they are they size of a quarter and it happen with in 2days she eats every 3 days about i have had her 4 3 years the owner be4 me never had her in a cage or ever had a light 4 her she now has a cage heat pad light she goes in and out cage when she wants the bumps are under the skin the is no cut they seem not to be hurting 2 the touch i dont have much money 4 vet its hard i love har she sleeps with me every night maybe she could have abetter diet she eats red leaf wheat bread carrot pear orange apples she so nice and does any1 no how old a 6feet lizard would be
